Why we Built 1bhk ? -

From the valleys of Kashmir to the streets of Riyadh.

somerwhere between the Mighty moutains of the Himaliyas in a quite town in Cashmer a boy with one blue and other brown eye was born considered as a misfortune in his cast (Qabila) introverted, curious and quietly fasinated with technology, and that Boy was me “Sufi” son of a merchnat and a high school Drop-off, my path was far from Traditional, but the spark was always there, to build something meaningful that can solve the problem of those who have no one around them just like me 25 years back.

Back in 2010 i had a small office barely afforded the rent and ended up shutting it down as a earlist version of 1bhk, it was not called 1bhkonline at that time but the concept was same as it was drawn by me in my early teenage, same purpose “helping people find homes they cant afford i think we all need it no? I mean, when I look back, things were less complicated than they are now in terms of real estate, and you must agree with me in this. after my Dad passed away i dont know what else broke but one thing that i knew that something deep inside me was broken without making any sounds and that damage and pain was unbearable but you know life goes on just like that ship in a storm with the whole in its bottom with a broekn sailor trying to go agiesnt the flow and point it to the shore knowing the depth of the ocean is deep and Dark, anyways now i think i am getting emotional and taking realestate to a poerty or philisophy haha! Years later, that same dream was reborn in a country where I feel I belong, and these people are just like my 2nd family, Saudi Arabia.

The Problem? Why We Built It, and Who It’s For?
