sharing room in Umm al Hamam

i want to out a  single sharing room for a rent in my personal apartment.

The apartment is on the 1st floor.

6 months has to be paid in advance because i already paid the rent to Aqar office.

6 months rent is 8,700 saudi riyals.

smoking and drinking not allowed.

room has a nice space with one bed and mattress, couch, and flooring is decent.

you will have a seprate bathroom with full privacy, kitch and and washing machine could be shared that not a problem as lonh as your are respectful.

electricity Bill is shared in half and half means if the Bill is 100 riyals you will pay 50 riyals.
